Refund Policy:
We guarantee our products. Please choose carefully, for all “Returns” scroll down to our policy below.
By ACL Law: Our right is we do not give refunds, exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind, didn’t like the product, decided you cant afford them, you caused the fault, found the item cheaper elsewhere or you make the wrong selection in type &/or size.
By ACL Law: Your right includes for you to keep receipt as proof of purchase.
ACL Policy for a refund , exchange or credit is having a fault you did not know about, not as described by advertising, did not do the job you were led to believe, did not last reasonable time providing you used as directed, & did not match the sample (except in look, colour & texture as our Un-Tainted products vary in all these areas from time to time). Must be received back to us good condition.
Australian Freight Details:
- We are a RURAL LOCALITY not in metro network & will take longer to recieve.
- Australia Post state to allow REGULAR max 10 & EXPRESS max 2-3 working days.
- We only use trackable AUSTRALIA POST bags – they are not covered by insurance nor do they require a signature to collect.
- Lost Orders~ We will replace upon confirmation from PO business centre
- Damaged Products ~ Advise us within 24hrs of arrival & we will proceed to get proof of return to us, before we replace with new products

SCISSORCRAFT RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange we must also have the product returned for quality control to check your issue and your item must be relatively unused (ie no more used then the 2 week trial we reccommend) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging &/or bottle.
Additional information on NON-returnable items that are exempt from being returned:
*We do not accept our products back that have been stored or used with any products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
* Gift cards
*Purchases made via Downloadable links or allocated codes for special discounted offers on products under special circumstances
* Some health and personal care items if been used more then our reccommended 2 week trial. This means that you cannot use the product for 30 days and then expect a refund or exchange and it must only have the amount used relatively relating to a two-week trial n.b 30-day period is in relation to your window of being eligible to contact us in relation to a return or exchange.
Shipping cost refund policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will only be deducted from your refund should we have paid for it to be sent back.
INS AND OUTS
Please CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE send your purchase back to us the manufacturer… we will determine on a case to case basis as to whether we or the customer will be paying for the freight cost to return the product
There are certain situations where none or only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* all products that have obvious signs of consistent use past two-week trial date that are a special circumstance
* where buy numerous quantities of the same product have been purchased and all have been opened to test and determine if they all have the same issue your having
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of receipt
Approved Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically forthcoming. We will determine the quickest and easiest way to refund you whether be to your Bank via EFT, credit card or original method of payment, this may take a certain amount of days depending on which method we use to refund you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange /replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquire@gypsyrose.com.au notifying us the situation and we will advise you when to send your item to: P.o. box 101, Gunalda, Q 4570, Australia.
Gifts
Currently this option is not permanently available via our site. The only way is to have it shipped to their address on your order. If you mentioned to as it is a gift we will send a gift postcard
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive the same privileges under returns and exchanges as if you bought the product yourself.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product with the cap or spray sealed, padded well to: P.o. box 101, Gunalda, 65, 4570, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on your initial purchase are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund for product, the cost of returning the product to us will only be deducted from your refund should we have been asked by you to pay to have it sent back
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like Australia Post pre paid trackable bags or purchasing shipping insurance on your own packed parcel. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item… it’s important that we get your product return to us so that we can refund you
